The process flow of Waste Tire Pyrolysis Machine

  • The feedstock of Waste Tire Pyrolysis Machine is shredded tire chips with sizes less than 50 x 50mm. The feedstock is continuously fed into the reactor of Waste Tire Pyrolysis Machine through dedicated air-tight feeding device together with low-temperature sulfur transfer catalyst.
  • The vapor from waste tire pyrolysis will be mostly condensed into liquid fuel oil and a little amount of non-condensable combustible gas. The fuel oil will be stored for sales or further distillation.
  • The non-condensable combustible gas will be scrubbed and burned in order to supply enough heat for Waste Tire Pyrolysis Machine. The exhaust gas will be mostly recycled to save energy and reduce operation cost and partially released after multiple purification process in compliance with local emission standard.
  • The solid output includes crude carbon black and steel which will be separated by magnetic separator. The crude carbon black will be condensed and transferred through the enclosed conveying system to the carbon black production system for further processing into industrial carbon black or other value-added chemical materials. The separated steel will be sold at market price.

AㄩNo labor needed during production, but only for control, inspection and transportation. As for a 10,000T/Y line, it need about 3-4 labors/shift

A: As for a 10,000T/Y line, it needs about 5-6 months

A: For the Europe we are sufficient to provide onsite installation and Turn-Key Project; for other countries and regions other than Europe, we could provide supervision installation, commissioning and labor training service.

A: The oil specification produced by our continuous pyrolysis production line is complying with SH/T0356-1996 No 4 Light Fuel Oil. The produced oil has high heat value and low sulfur content, could be used for burning, generator and the raw oil for distillation etc. The oil after distillation process could be applied for big power-low speed diesel engine, engineering and agricultural vehicles/ marine engineer and all kinds of generators.
